What Dual Protocol is
DUAL PROTOCOL: The Case of Eva & Miles is a two-player asymmetric noir puzzle game by Aegean Crafters, published by Rock Paper Publisher. It is due on Steam for Windows on October 2, 2026. One player is Agent Eva in the field and the other is Analyst Miles at the terminals. You never see each other's screen, so every lock, symbol and file has to be described out loud to crack the Castellari murder.

Before the first call
Five things to sort out first
- Get two copies. Each player needs the game on their own Windows PC; no Friend Pass is announced. Setup
- Pick your seats. One field agent, one desk analyst. Eva or Miles?
- Open a voice line. Discord, Steam voice or a phone call. Talking is the only way to play.
- Agree on a callout system. Digits one by one, "left" means left on your screen. Tips

When does Dual Protocol come out?
DUAL PROTOCOL: The Case of Eva & Miles is scheduled for October 2, 2026 on Steam for Windows PC. The store page did not list an exact unlock hour when we checked on October 1.
Do both players need to own Dual Protocol?
Plan on two copies. Each player runs the game on their own PC, and no Friend Pass has been announced. A player asked about one in the Steam discussions on September 30, 2026 and had no developer reply when we checked.
Can you play Dual Protocol solo?
No. Steam lists it as online co-op and multiplayer only, with no single-player category. The puzzles are split between Agent Eva and Analyst Miles, and neither screen shows the full picture.
